The trailer requires sufficient room for the unit, entrance steps, doors, service access, and the delivery vehicle. Customers should provide photos or measurements of the proposed setup location before delivery.

Freshwater tank filling may be available for an additional fee when an on-site water connection is unavailable.

A properly sized generator may be added to the rental for an additional fee when electrical power is unavailable.

Wastewater remains inside the trailer's holding tanks during the rental and is removed and disposed of at an approved facility after pickup or during scheduled servicing.

Customers should reserve as early as possible, especially for spring, summer, and fall weddings or weekend events.

A $350 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your rental date. A $400 refundable security deposit is also required, covering potential damage, excessive cleaning, or contract violations, and is returned per your rental agreement.

The $350 reservation deposit is non-refundable and secures your rental date. The separate $400 security deposit is refundable and is returned after your event, provided the trailer is returned undamaged per your rental agreement.

The trailer is delivered cleaned, sanitized, and stocked. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the trailer is returned with excessive damage, misuse, or unusually heavy cleaning requirements.
