Reservations & Deposits

A $350 reservation deposit is required to secure your rental date. Your date is not held or guaranteed until a signed rental agreement and reservation deposit have been received. This reservation deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total rental cost.

Security Deposit

A $400 refundable security deposit is also required. This deposit covers potential damage, excessive cleaning needs, or violations of the rental agreement, and is returned according to the terms outlined in your agreement.

Site Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a level setup area, adequate vehicle access, and, where applicable, a standard water connection and 120-volt, 30-amp electrical connection. Customers should provide photos or measurements of the proposed setup location prior to delivery. Generator and freshwater fill options may be available for an additional fee when standard utilities are not accessible.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance and may vary based on route logistics, weather, and site accessibility. After-hours delivery or pickup may be available for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Servicing

The trailer is delivered cleaned, sanitized, and stocked. Wastewater remains in the trailer's holding tanks during the rental and is removed at an approved facility after pickup or during scheduled servicing on longer rentals. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the trailer is returned with excessive damage, misuse, or unusually heavy cleaning requirements.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable refunds, are outlined in your individual rental agreement. Please review your agreement carefully or contact us with questions before booking.

Damage & Misuse

Customers are responsible for the trailer during the rental period. Damage, misuse, or loss of equipment may result in charges beyond the security deposit as outlined in the rental agreement.

This page summarizes general rental policies. Your signed rental agreement is the governing document for your specific reservation.
